WIE FUNKTIONIERT EINE IMPLANTATBEHANDLUNG?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

In der ersten Behandlungsphase wird das Implantat in den Kieferknochen eingesetzt. Es \u00fcbernimmt dort die Funktion einer k\u00fcnstlichen Zahnwurzel.<\/p>\n

Nach der Einheilphase, die in der Regel einige Monate dauert, kann auf dem Implantat eine Suprastruktur, auch Abutment genannt, befestigt werden. Darauf wird anschlie\u00dfend eine Krone, Br\u00fccke oder Prothese eingesetzt.<\/p>\n

Wie wird ein Implantat geplant und eingesetzt?<\/strong><\/p>\n

F\u00fcr eine pr\u00e4zise Planung ben\u00f6tigen wir eine 3D-R\u00f6ntgenaufnahme bzw. ein CT-Bild. Dadurch k\u00f6nnen wir die Knochenqualit\u00e4t und das vorhandene Knochenvolumen genau beurteilen.<\/p>\n

Wenn ausreichend Knochen vorhanden ist, kann das Implantat in vielen F\u00e4llen direkt eingesetzt werden.<\/p>\n

Bei Knochenmangel, zum Beispiel nach fr\u00fcheren Zahnextraktionen oder durch Knochenr\u00fcckgang, kann vorab oder begleitend ein Knochenaufbau, eine sogenannte Augmentation, notwendig sein.<\/p>\n

Die Einheilzeit betr\u00e4gt je nach Situation meist etwa 3 bis 6 Monate. Den genauen Ablauf und den individuellen Behandlungsplan besprechen wir pers\u00f6nlich mit Ihnen.<\/p>\n
